Exchange & Return

Echo of Nature will accept your request of return / exchange as long as you got your item 7days ago or less, with the tag intact, still holds the original invoice / receipt of purchase and it’s in the same condition you got it in. Kindly contact our friendly customer care support with photographs of the items you would like to exchange, for our approvals. If you wear it, go on a bender, and destroy it - we will be able to tell, and we will not take it back.

A return form will be emailed to you after approval. Send back your item(s) with your return form filled up and include it all in your package. As soon as we receive your returned package, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all of your store credit info. Once you get that e-mail, you’re ready to shop! Log into your Echo of Nature’s account and your store credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page!

Didn’t have an Echo of Nature account when you checked out? Don’t worry, we will make one for you! Just wait for your return confirmation email for all the information about your NEW account with Echo of Nature! Once you are logged into your new account your store credit will magically appear on your shopping cart page!

You can use your credit to get a different size, color or whatever your heart desires at Echo of Nature or even gift it to a friend who is just as serious about their style as you are. This credit will never expire, so take your sweet time deciding how you want to do with it.

In case this explanation didn’t make sense to you, or you just didn’t have the time to read it, here’s a breakdown of what is required of you to make a return.

  • Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags & packaging).
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges / Refunds can be done using your store credit. Once you get your refunded e-wallet credit, just place a new order at echoofnature.com.sg
  • Shipping fees will not be credited unless we messed up on our end.
  • All items returned will be given store credit for the purchase price.
  • Processing returns takes us a few days, so please be a little patient with us.
