Overseas orders are limited to countries of Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam as well as Australia.

Customs/import taxes in the destination country will be borne by the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country and we have no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Bounced Mails / Undeliverable Mails

Orders may be undeliverable and returned to us due to any of the following reason(s):
An incorrect or incomplete mailing address has been provided

In such cases, SimplyPost will contact you with regards to the redelivery. A Reschedule is available for a second attempt. Customers will need to contact SimplyPost on a failed 2nd delivery. Customers will bear the reshipping cost for us to resend the order to you. We will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers and order may be subjected to top-up for re-delivery.

Undeliverable international orders sent via courier may be destroyed at the destination country after failed delivery attempts and if customers do not contact the courier to arrange for redelivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses, as ample notification lead time would have been given.
