Exchange & Return

Echo of Nature will accept your request of return / exchange as long as you got your item 7days ago or less (we will take the date your item(s) is/are delivered to you), with the tag intact, still holds the original invoice / receipt of purchase and it’s in the same condition you got it in. Kindly contact our friendly customer care support with photographs of the items you would like to exchange, for our approvals. If you wear it, go on a bender, and destroy it - we will be able to tell, and we will not take it back.

A return form will be emailed to you after approval. Send back your item(s) with your return form filled up and include it all in your package (customer to bear the cost of courier/mailing, Echo shall not be liable to lost non-registered mails). As soon as we receive your returned package, we’ll send you a confirmation email. A promo-code/e-voucher with the refunded amount will be generated and emailed to you for your next purchase.

Didn’t have an Echo of Nature account when you checked out? Don’t worry, we will make one for you! Just wait for your return confirmation email for all the information about your NEW account with Echo of Nature! Make sure you utilize your e-voucher before its expiration!

You can use your credit to get a different size, color or whatever your heart desires at Echo Couture or even gift it to a friend who is just as serious about their style as you are. This credit will be valid for a year from the date of issue.

In case this explanation didn’t make sense to you, or you just didn’t have the time to read it, here’s a breakdown of what is required of you to make a return.

  • Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags & packaging).
  • SALE ITEMS are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged (items without member discounts are deemed as SALE/Offer items and are sold at NETT prices, will not be exchangeable/refundable).
  • Exchanges / Refunds can be done through e-vouchers. Once you get your e-voucher, just place a new order at and check out with the voucher, you can also find it under "my vouchers" in your account.
  • Shipping fees will not be credited unless we messed up on our end.
  • Cost of Returning of Parcel will be bear by the customer. You will have to arrange your own shipping/delivery back to us.
  • All items returned will be given an e-voucher for the final purchased price.
  • Processing returns takes us 5 - 10 working days, so please be a little patient with us.
